Roleplaying Recaps
For many years (since the distant and lovely 1980s) I have run various roleplaying games, but mostly Dungeons & Dragons and Call of Cthulhu. A while back I got into the habit of writing story summaries of the sessions accompanied by art and photographs to remind me of the details. It’s like time travel when you go back and read something that happened 5 or 6 (or more) years earlier. I’ve run many other games than just the ones listed here, but these are the campaigns I translated into short stories.
Word wise, I wonder how much I’ve documented? Probably over 500 thousands words. Honestly I don’t know. Each one is probably on average 1,200 words, but some go as long as 2,500 or 3000.
Most of the photos were taken with a camera and edited in Photoshop. Later, when we moved to online play, they were screenshots edited in Photoshop.
